Building your team is an exciting time. As a manager, you will work closely with the BODR teams during recruitment, hiring. We have created this checklist to provide useful tips and steps on how to recruit new team members.
Appointed Employee
To initiate recruitment, hiring manager will submit a Freshdesk ticket (dusaie@freshdesk.com) and select Recruitment/Benefited Job Posting. In the ticket:
- Attach org chart
- Attach job description

- Indicate the advertising agency(s)
- Indicate who will be on the search committee
BODR team will complete the following steps:
- Request the compensation from Human Resources & Inclusive Community (HRIC). [Turn-around time: up to 4 - 6 weeks]
- Complete the position action request (PAR) [Turn-around time: 5 - 7 days]
- Complete the job requisition [Turn-around time: 5 - 7 days]
HRIC will reach out to the hiring manger to confirm posting, start the recruitment process, and ask any additional questions
HRIC will notify Shared Services to post job on PageUp
Non-appointed Employee
